The Daphne Hotel is a gem tucked away on a hillside in a beautiful green valley. The breathtaking view from the rooms with balconies overlooking the valley is simply stunning. The hotel is very reasonably priced, offering great value for money. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure every need is taken care of. The basic amenities are all well-maintained and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of freshly baked cakes and pies.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel claims to have air-conditioned rooms. In theory this is true since there was an air-conditioner inside my room. Unfortunately, it was switched off and the hotel staff told me it would remain of because it was not so hot. Note that it was 38 degrees Celsius outside. The question now is at which temperature it would be allowed to switch on the airco? A similar problem holds for the wireless internet which is promised to be present in the hotel. In practice, the wireless internet only worked in a circle of 50 meters around the reception desk. Unfortunately most rooms are not within this zone.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in a small village, surrounded by stunning views of the sea. the location was perfect, as it was convenient for exploring various attractions around the area. After a day of hiking, we enjoyed going down to the village, where there were many good restaurants by the sea. the rooms were clean and offered excellent sea views from the balcony. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the basic but satisfactory breakfast provided.

The peace, tranquility. The location of the Daphne is amazing. From our room we could look left to the turquoise Aegean with the mountains of Turkey in the distance, and look right to the green Valley of the Nightingales and the mountain of Samos. To sit on our balcony at night and watch the starry sky was magical. The swimming pool was beautiful. It was really interesting to be with like -minded people from many other countries. If you enjoy walking as we do ,this is a perfect base for starting some of the beautiful walks on Samos. You need to hire a car to visit some of the more beautiful beaches. The little seaside village of Agios Konstantinos is a ten minute walk from the hotel and has four excellent, inexpensive family- run tavernas and a couple of bars and is very low key and untouristy.
One evening the pump for the water supply broke down so there was no water for a couple of hours but it was very speedily repaired. The hotel drive was rather dark when walking back from the village at night and a few more lights would have been useful. Fortunately we had a torch with us

The friendliness of the staff and how they never said no to any request we made. The hotel was quiet and relaxed and the rooms , especially the bathroom, was always spotlessly clean.
the only thing we didnt like was that it was up the top of a steep hill that without a car or motorbike was a tough climb. and that the airconditioning wasnt available at our choosing but we had to wait till management decided to turn it on and often it was off to early in the morning forcing us up early as it was to hot and stuffy in the room to sleep.

What we liked most was the stunning view from our room to the forest, farmland and sea nearby and the calm surroundings (for a good view avoid a room on the ground floor). Being very close to some of the most beautiful beaches (Tsambou, Tsamadou & Lemonakia), scenic trekking paths and traditional villages (Manolates, Vourliotes & Stavrinides) of the island, the hotel enjoys an ideal location, especially if you make provisions for an independent means of transportation. For a small 3 star hotel it offers a more than decent clean room with a balcony, a well maintained pool and a tasty breakfast with a fair variety of homemade dishes. The staff is friendly. The air-conditioning was working! Altogether the hotel is excellent value for money.
Being built on a fairly steep hill, walking to the room can be challenging when tired. The infrastructure and the location are so good that with an upgrade of services and a renovation, this hotel could be really great!

The hotel is beautifully furnished and feels like home. It's situated in one of the most picturesque places of Samos which is full of trees and flowers. The view from the balcony is stunning! The stuff is ever so helpful, polite and friendly!!! We loved every minute of our staying there and we shall recommend it to all friends who wish to visit Samos. I must also point that it is very close to three breathtaking beaches: Lemonakia, Tsabou and Tsamadou. Also it is only 3 minutes away from St.Konstantinos village where one may have dinner, coffee or drinks next to the sea. Finally, is is very close to Manolates and Kokari villages which we adored!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. Situated on a hillside in the beautiful green Nightingale valley, this hotel offers breathtaking views of the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the valley, allowing guests to truly immerse themselves in the serene surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread – fresh cakes and honey puffs were a delightful treat to start the day. The attention to detail and the value for money make this hotel a true gem.
All was perfect, nothing could be improved.

Dream place!!! Friendly and helpfull staff. I've never experienced such a clean room in a hotel... Just like my own home. If ever I should choose a place to rest, to forget my stresseful life for a while, to enjoy being "inside" pure nature this is certainly the perfect spot.

The hotel was perfect for my business trip. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. the location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and bars. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day of work.
The lack of parking. It was difficult to find a spot nearby, and I had to park quite far away from the hotel.
